The founders have a wealth of experience in all types of building construction projects nationwide, both residential & commercial, but our core focus now is in ‘High End’ residential developments.

What We Do
The Gravitas Property Group are property developers with the knowledge and experience to deliver building projects whilst ultimately adding value in the process.
Our developments include: Conversions, Renovation & Refurbishment, Bespoke New Build Homes & Apartments, Premium Apartment Fit Outs, Basement Construction & Conversions and ‘Office to Residential’ Conversions.
We will either purchase land or property outright, or joint venture with the land/property owner to develop a project that delivers for all parties.
This may be for owner occupation, immediate resell or hold and rent.
