We worked constructively with the team on this traditional form of contract project and helped with both value engineering and design improvements. This included the construction of a vaulted ceiling within the existing building which left the exposed steel work as a feature within the main area of the apartment.
Located on an extremely busy London red route, there were many prohibitions across the route.
We coordinated with all local stake holders such as TFL, Wandsworth Council, Police and the various utilities companies to cause minimal disruption to the public and neighbours.
There were poor ground conditions which required specialist and innovative ground strengthening and improvement works.
The ground improvements were completed the within three days, greatly benefiting the programme, environment and neighbouring properties.
The client was extremely happy with the finished scheme and as a result we were recommended for future projects with this team.
