This includes services such as; Architects, Planning Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, CDM-Coordinators, Contract Administrators, and of course all relevant trades within the construction industry.
It is through our experience and connections that we are often able to add appreciable value to the projects we undertake. This can be in a number of ways, including cost efficiencies and enhancing the valuation price at completion. However, the most significant profits can often be found through us being able to identify opportunities for PLANNING GAIN.

How We Do It
Property development opportunities are brought to our attention in a number of ways. Through our professional connections, previous client recommendations, or people finding out about us by other means and simply getting in touch.
We maintain a fully flexible approach to both acquisition and development options.
Firstly we may purchase the land and/or property outright or we may work with the owner on a joint venture basis – whichever works out best for both parties. When considering the most suitable type of development we will always look to where we can add the most value to the project, as a starting point.
If we’re not completing a project for the original owner to live in then we will consider the options of either selling it on at completion or retaining for rental income. This is a strategy that would usually be decided at the outset of a development project but is always open to change throughout the process, for a multitude of fluid factors.

Having its own entity alongside the Gravitas Property Group is Gravitas Contracts, a premium construction contractor company established by Craig Mitchell in 2013.
We can undertake the management of your project with a contract which meets your specific needs & requirements. This may be Design and Build, Traditional Contract, or under a Construction Management agreement.
We pride ourselves on the professional and cooperative approach that we take to construction projects and always seek to assist the client in finding solutions that enable them to meet both cost and programme constraints.
